Away from the office, Dr. Garrido time is filled with precious moments spent with her family. As a family, they enjoy exploring the great outdoors, whether it’s hiking through lush forests, picnicking by serene lakes, or simply breathing in the fresh air. Camping trips have become their mini adventures where they gather around a crackling campfire, share stories, and marvel at the star-studded night sky. Dr. Garrido hobbies include traveling which fuels her curiosity – from neighboring road trips to international escapades – she relishes new cultures, exotic cuisines, and historical landmarks. Each journey adds vibrant strokes to the canvas of life. When she isn’t traveling, Dr. Garrido loves unwinding with a good comedy movie, her go-to remedy for stress.
